Ralph Board is owned and operated by Tiny Bot Labs Limited. The service is accessible at https://ralphboard.com.

When we say "Company", "we", "our", "the service" or "us" in this document, we are referring to Ralph Board.

Pre-Order Agreement

By backing Ralph Board, you agree to pre-purchase early access to the product at the price of $49 USD. This is a commitment to support development, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Goal-Based Development

Ralph Board will only be built if we reach our goal of 1000 backers. If this goal is not met within a reasonable timeframe, all backers will receive a full refund.

Account Credit

Your $49 payment will be converted to account credit when Ralph Board launches. This credit can be used for:

• Monthly or annual subscription fees
• Premium features and add-ons
• Team seats (for hosted SaaS version)

Credits do not expire and are transferable to team accounts you administer.

Refund Policy

• Anytime refunds: You may request a full refund at any time before the product ships by visiting our refund page.
• Goal not reached: If we fail to reach 1000 backers, all payments will be automatically refunded.
• Processing time: Refunds are processed immediately via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Early Access Benefits

As an early backer, you receive:

• Access to the early backers Discord community
• Priority access when the product launches
• Input on feature prioritization
• Your name in the "Founding Backers" credits (optional)

Open Source Commitment

The core of Ralph Board will be released as open source software. The hosted SaaS version will include additional features for teams and enterprises. Your backing supports development of both.

Limitation of Liability

Ralph Board is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
